In most cases, this profile is a unique, one-of-a-kind ‘Client Specific’ composite of one or two of our GameChanger Archetypes: Entrepreneurs, Launchers, Accelerators and Transformers.

CLIENT SPECIFIC GAMECHANGERS
- GameChangers are strongest in one or two archetypes but have strengths and experience in other areas
- We customize our search requirements to find the specific GameChangers mix needed for client and task success (at the start, end of year one, task attainment and beyond)

You will see that we have distributed 100% across the four GameChanger Archetypes to represent the contribution of these Archetypal tasks to the unique one-of-a-kind Client Specific needs.
Typically, GameChangers are strongest in one or two Archetypes and good in the other areas. The Client Specific GameChangers will have proven expertise and experience in each of the tasks where we have placed a percentage.
The task with the highest percentage is where the GameChangers focus first. The other task is the follow-on phase until the unique, one-of-a-kind, Client Specific tasks have been achieved.
